At DC Fashion, Karol Bagh, Delhi, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless and satisfactory. We value our customers and aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are subject to the following updated policies:
Pre-Shipment Cancellations
Q: Can I cancel my order if I change my mind after ordering?
A: Yes, but only for Non-Ready to Ship products.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us via email.

After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be reviewed case-by-case by our Customer Care team.
Note: Ready to Ship items are not eligible for cancellation as they move into processing immediately after confirmation.
If your cancellation is approved:

A Store Credit will be issued (valid for 90 days).

No cash or card refunds will be provided.
Returns & Exchanges After Delivery
Q: I received my order but there’s an issue. Can I return or exchange it?
A: DC Fashion only accepts exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligible Exchange Conditions:

Same design – different size only, and
-
At the sole discretion of the management, depending on the case.
All exchanges are subject to approval and availability of the size requested. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color/design, or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Important Notes:

Request for exchange must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Exchange items must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Products must be shipped back only after receiving a Return Authorization Email from us.

No cash/card refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:

Made-to-order or customized products.
-
Products altered/stiched to customer measurements.
-
Minor color variations (up to 20%) due to screen or lighting differences.

Items returned after 7 days of delivery.

Products without original tags/packaging.
-
Orders not accepted upon delivery (non-delivery).
Resolution for Errors by DC Fashion
In rare cases where:

The item is defective or damaged in transit.

A wrong item was shipped.
We will offer one of the following, subject to management’s approval:

Exchange of the item (same design, different size).
-
Store Credit for future purchase.
Refunds Policy
DC Fashion has a strict no refund policy.

No refunds will be made to bank accounts, debit/credit cards, or cash under any condition.

All refunds, if any, will only be issued as Store Credit, usable within 90 days of issuance.

Credit card processing fees and cross-border transaction charges are non-refundable.
Returns Process

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos (if required).

Wait for Return Authorization before dispatching any product.

Ship the product to our address using a reliable courier, marking the parcel clearly as "Defective Item for Return – Not for Sale."

Once received, the item will be inspected and the exchange/store credit process will be initiated based on the inspection outcome.
Store Visits & Online Pickup

In-store Exchanges: Allowed as per the same policy (only size exchange in same design, subject to approval).

Online Order Pickup: Available from our Karol Bagh store. Kindly inform us in advance to schedule pickup.
